
Eric Caldwell of XPO Logistics spoke to 6th graders in Ms. Tugend's Regions & People class about current supply chain challenges and their impact. Students will use the information to identify and create a solution for a supply chain problem.


U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty and Battelle CEO Lou Von Thaer visited Metro and heard about the exciting work our students are doing. Superintendent Pace presented Beatty with a special recognition for her support of STEM education in Ohio.

6th grade science students are investigating matter by building simple atomic molecules out of construction bricks.


H.S. Wellness students are completing CPR training this week with Gregory Norton, MHA, Paramedic and Clinical Education Supervisor from OSU.


Students in the M.S. Prototyping & Problem Solving class designed solar ovens, then tested their prototypes by making s'mores.



H.S. Environmental Science students created wind turbines that powered engines that in turn powered lights.
