All Metro staff are hired through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio. 

Metro teachers pay into the State Teachers Retirement System. For the 2024-2025 school year, starting pay for a first year teacher is $49,705.29

Design Challenge

You’ll be part of a model school focused on research and development and a member of a design team creating school-wide design challenges for our students. Our faculty have the opportunity to collaborate with Battelle and The Ohio State University on a variety of education initiatives.
