This May, the middle school will undergo a transformation as updates to the HVAC system are made and cubicle walls are replaced with permanent classroom walls. Among the many benefits, these changes will allow teachers to more easily facilitate the collaborative project work that makes STEM education effective.
To prepare for and accommodate construction, there will be changes to the May school calendar as follows:
May 11 & 12: Asynchronous days for students = work independently from home on assignments posted to Schoology. Packing/work days for staff.
May 15: Construction begins
May 15, 17, 19: Middle School students report in person, High School classes virtual
May 16, 18: High School students report in person, Middle School classes virtual
May 22-25: High School in person, Middle School virtual (HS Finals & Roundtables/Gateways will take place this week)
