Metro's office is closed during July while our staff is on summer break. While staff members are not on hand to assist in person, families can access instructions on our website to complete most summer tasks. Use the links below to find the information you need!
Parents should have received instructions by email the first week of July to complete the annual student registration process online. Registration should be completed by July 15. Students may not start classes in August until the registration and all required documents are submitted.

- Summer Reading Assignment - Due in Advisory when classes begin in August
- Annual Student Registration - Completed registrations must be submitted before the end of July to avoid issues with enrollment in August.
- District Bus Transportation - Registrations were due by June 30. Families applying after 6/30 may experience delays in receiving a bus route.
- Annual Student Fee - Due in August. Payments can be made online by setting up a PaySchools account or by cash/check at the front desk starting August 1.
- Free/Reduced Lunch Application - Families who qualify must submit an application at the start of each school year to be approved for reduced priced meals, reduction of school fees and access to other benefits.
- Work Permit Application - Form/instructions for students needing a permit for a new job during summer.
