Adobe Connect Basics


How to login to your Adobe Connect for the first time

As a new student, you will receive an email with your Adobe Connect login information. The email will be from admin@adobeconnect.com. It will have your username, (temporary) password, and the web address to visit.

On your assigned iPad,

  1. Tap the Gmail app
  2. Find the email from admin@adobeconnect.com
  3. Tap Explore Adobe Connect
  4. Tap Open for Safari
  5. Tap in the Username field
  6. Type your email address
  7. Tap in the Password field
  8. Type in the password from the email and tap Login
  9. Tap in the Old Password field
  10. Type the password from the email
  11. Create a password
    1. Passwords must be 10 characters long
    2. Must have 1 capital letter
    3. Must have 1 number
    4. Must have 1 special character (ex. !@#$%)
  12. Tap in the New Password field and type the newly created password
  13. Tap in the Confirm Password field and re-type the newly created password
  14. Tap Submit New Password
  15. This will log into Adobe Connect
  16. Tap Done in the upper left corner of the window

**NOTE THE DEFAULT PASSWORD IN THE VIDEO IS DIFFERENT - THE CORRECT DEFAULT PASSWORD IS IN THE EMAIL**
