Metro celebrated the graduation of the class of 2022 at Mershon Auditorium on June 4.
Over the course of their high school career, this graduating class of 125 students earned 2,825 college credits, with 83% of the class taking at least one college course. If you do the math, that equals a savings of over $1 million in tuition as our graduates move forward in their college careers.
Special thanks to our commencement speaker, Mr. Curtis J. Moody, for sharing his personal story of triumphing over obstacles to become a successful business owner. As Mr. Moody relayed to the graduates, no one can tell you what your talents are just by looking at you. May the class of 2022 dare to pursue their dreams and make the world a better place, no matter where their paths lead.
