Metro middle school students were given an exclusive opportunity to work with COSI and ZED Digital, a Columbus based digital marketing and software company, on the trial run of a new mobile ticketing system.
Students and parents were invited to download ZED Digital's new Zig application to use for entry to COSI exhibits. The app allows ticket holding guests to access events through their smart phone without having to scan or present proof of payment. Families were then asked to provide feedback on their user experience.
"Students are learning how to test real world tech products; this was quite an incredible learning experience," said Middle School Principal Claire Anthony.
