district Bus Information
During June, districts that provide busing to Metro need you to complete their registration process. That allows them to set bus routes over summer and have all students assigned to their routes before school begins.
If you live in a district listed below and would like to take advantage of bus transportation, please follow the instructions as outlined. Your registration should be completed by the date set by your district or before end of June (whichever comes first).
Bexley City Schools
Families living in the Bexley district can complete the forms below and return to the Bexley district office.

Columbus City Schools
Visit the Columbus City Schools website Charter and Non-Public Transportation request page and scroll down to the link to complete the online registration annually. The page includes an informational flyer and "how to" video should you need assistance. The student and parent legal name must be used when completing the registration to avoid issues matching students to their school enrollment.
Groveport-Madison Local Schools
Parents must submit the form below along with proof of residency (a lease or mortgage statement and a utility bill), which can be emailed, faxed or dropped off at Peterman Transportation. Pick-up/drop-off can be different for morning and afternoon but must be the same Monday-Friday. Registration must be completed annually for new and returning students; 2020-21 forms are due by June 19. For questions or to submit forms, contact busstoprequest@petermannbus.
Hilliard City Schools
Visit the district website at www.hilliardschools.org. Select “Transportation Services” under the “Department” tab, then select “Non-Public School Transportation” and complete the form online. Once your registration is received, district staff will review information and determine if transportation can be provided or if it will be impractical to do so. If it is deemed impractical, you will receive a form offering Payment in Lieu of Transportation. Please sign the form and return upon receipt.
South-Western City Schools
Returning students will be mailed transportation renewal letters which must be returned to the SWCS transportation office by June 15. New families (or student not previously riding the SWCS bus) must complete the form below and return it to the district transportation office.
