Due to Inclement Weather;

ACT for Juniors Moved to April

Due to today’s inclement weather, Metro Schools will move to a virtual day for Wednesday, February 20 for our middle and high school classes. Virtual days due to weather begin an hour later at 9am to allow you time to adjust to the change of plans for your family. Please ensure your child is ready to log in for classes following the appropriate schedule below.

The state sponsored ACT for juniors will be postponed until April 2, the next offered testing date suitable for our school calendar.

M.S. Snow Day Online Class Schedule

  • 9:00 – 1st Period
  • 9:50 – 2nd Period
  • 10:40 – 3rd Period
  • 11:30 – 5th Period
  • 12:20 – 6th Period

H.S. Snow Day Online Class Schedule

  • 9:00 -1st Period
  • 10:00 – 2nd Period
  • 11:00 – 3rd Period
  • 12:00 – 4th Period

MIT Snow Day Online Class Schedule

  • 1st Period:  9:00 am – 10:00 am
  • 2nd Period: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • 3rd Period: 11:00 am – 12:00 am
  • 4th Period: 12:00 am – 1:00 am
  • if you have a recovery class 2nd or 3rd period, you can shorten the time as follows:
    2A   10–10:30 am
    2B   10:30–11 am
    3A   11–11:30 am
    3B   11:30–12:00 am

Troubleshooting:

If a student is having issues with gaining access to the virtual meeting room, please email the class teacher to ensure they are aware of the issues and can assist accordingly.  Please try these troubleshooting steps:
